The critical reviews cover several problems. One review from 2 months ago, posted by a customer on behalf of his wife, describes unevenly filed nails, a colour much lighter than requested and chipping the next day, after a visit with someone other than her regular technician. Another review from a year ago says the technician worked very fast and cut the customer, and that the dip came out poorly. A third review from 2 months ago describes rude staff at the first table and rough handling of the hand. One review from a month ago describes a pedicure with a heavy callus remover and reports pain and sensitivity afterwards.

I am posting this on behalf of my wife because she does not have a Google account. Extremely disappointing, This was my second time seeing someone other than my regular nail tech while she’s away, and unfortunately the quality was awful. My nails were filed unevenly, the color came out much lighter than I asked for, and the next day they were already chipping and peeling. I’ve been getting dip manicures for years, and I’ve never had one fail this quickly. I usually use Momo, and she’s terrific. But with her being out of town, I had to resort to using an alternative technician, which was Tony, who did my nails last week, and he seemed annoyed throughout the entire appointment, which made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I paid for a professional dip manicure, tipped generously, and left with nails that looked rushed. It honestly didn’t seem like all of the proper steps for a dip manicure were done, and the results speak for themselves. I’m especially disappointed because I really love my regular nail tech and have always enjoyed coming here. But this experience has honestly made me question whether I’ll be coming back, even after she returns.

I came here because I had gotten an amazing French manicure here about two months ago and I wanted to get one again. I called and made an appointment a day in advance, asked for the price. They asked for what I wanted and asked if I needed tips and I said no so the person scheduling the appointment told me $55. I sit down and the girl doing my nails was going so fast and cut me. The dip came out lumpy and I had to keep asking her to fix it because it looked so bad. the French tips look decent from the top but from the side they all look bulbous and so so thick. I go to check out and she increased the price by $5 and said it’s because I have long nails and that I’ll be happy with how strong they are. They ended up saying “that’s fine for today but next time it’ll be that price” and I let them know I wouldn’t be coming back.

Extremely rude staff. First time here and whom ever sits at the first table of the salon seemed to be in an awful mood. Extremely bothered by my request for short nails and was extremely rough positioning my hand every few minutes. Very rude to customers coming in with appointments and acted like she was inconvenienced the entire time . I will never go back and feel awful having to write this but I’ve ever been so poorly treated at a salon. I’m a new mom and was gracious enough to have a babysitter for an hour to pamper myself and it was anything but relaxing or enjoyable.

Absolutely love this place — and I’ve tried them all. The staff is incredibly accommodating; they always find a way to fit me and my two daughters in and make sure we’re happy from start to finish. Our nails consistently last a good 3 weeks and never chip or lift. 💅 Also, their massages are the best! Highly recommend! 🙌✨

Sorry, but the worst experience as a pedicure being in the industry of the business I have never been in so much pain with my feet. They They just didn’t file the bottoms of my feet, but use an Extreme callus remover, which to me look like a pizza grater . The day and my daughter‘s wedding I could barely walk week later. I’m still severe pain, burning sensation, extreme sensitivity.
